RESULTS!!!
I just finished 30 days of the Whole30 clean eating program
combined with the Core de Force MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) workout program!
Core de Force does come with a very awesome and healthy meal
plan. However, I was curious to try the Whole30 experiment this month!
The
purpose of Whole30 is to eliminate foods for 30 days that are known to cause
inflammation..... then you reintroduce of those foods at a time to evaluate how
they affect your body!
Whole30
is NOT a weight loss program....... but it's very common to lose weight when
you eat clean whole foods!
I lost 6.5 pounds
I lost 2.5 inches
I lost 2.5 inches
Aside
from weight loss I have noticed many NSV (non-scale victories) from eating
clean whole foods!

️I have so
much energy during the day!

️I sleep
much better at night! After day #6 I no longer needed to take a sleep aid!
·
️My belly
is flatter and my clothes fit so much better!
·
️I don't
feel full and bloated!
·
️I don't
experience the frequent stomach issues that I normally have!
·
️ I don't have cravings, and I'm not always
hungry!
·
️My mind
feels more clear & focused!
·
️I have
been more focused and more productive with my work!
·
️My skin
looks so much better!
·
️I have
found some new healthy and delicious recipes!
·
️I have
learned to utilize spices & seasoning instead of using unhealthy flavor
options.
WAIT!!!!
I'm NOT DONE yet!!! Now I have 10 days of food reintroduction! I have a
specific schedule for adding those inflammatory foods back into my diet so I
can see how they affect me! This is the whole reason for doing Whole30!
